Pearls are vulnerable to acid, heat, and water.
If sweat, dust, cosmetics, or sunscreen are left on them, the surface of the pearl can be damaged by acid or sweat, causing it to lose its luster.
Care instructions
After use, gently wipe off any sweat or dirt on the pearls with a soft, dry cloth.
Recommended cloths include microfiber cloths like non-abrasive spectacle wipes, or deerskin (chamois leather) cloths. Tissues are not recommended as they may scratch the pearls.
The best care is to wipe them diligently after each use.
